The most challenging part of my job is trying to communicate to Doctors: Be. A. Doctor. It’s so hard for Doctors new to business and to dentistry. Most have some experience with computers and try to integrate technology, fix printers etc, all while taking patient treatment card notes. Technology issues take time away from being a Doctor. Anyone can cut their own grass or change their own oil but most of us don’t. We hire a professional dedicated to that profession so we can focus on ours.
